Yoga in Hazerswoude-Dorp

On the 17th of I will start a beginner Hatha yoga course in Hazerswoude-Dorp. In this course we are going to work on your strength, flexibility, mobility and overall well-being. You'll learn different technics for calming your body, mind and soul, and to create balance in your everyday life.

The first class is for free, if you would like to come more often, you can attend single lessons for 18€ or you can purchase a 10 lesson stamp card for 150€ or a 20 lesson stamp card for 240€

The classes are taking place mostly inside, but there is possibility to practice in the garden if the weather allows.
I will teach in English. The classes are focused on beginners but more experienced yogis are very welcome too.
